the staff was friendly. victoria at reception and marsella in the restaurant provided great service. the hotel's location is ideal for exploring. everything is within easy walking distance.
the air conditioning was not working properly. the temperature was uncontrollable and stuck at 21.6 degrees. the front desk advised the engineering department actually controls the temperature. little could be done other than offering a fan.

The staff was polite and helpful. i found the rooms to be spacious. the dining staff offered great service. beds were indeed comfortable (i slept very well!). i also liked that the hotel was quiet. I couldn't hear other guests from my room.
you can't press a button to go anywhere from inside. all this does is slow everyone down.

The staff was really kind and helpful, always ready to assist with a big smile. the location is excellent. I found food, shopping, and tourist spots all super close. the hotel is just a block from the metro, super convenient!
the air conditioning was centrally controlled. it wasn't adjustable in the room.

the gym features modern equipment. i saw a selection of treadmills and stationary bikes ensuring complete workout options are available. i noticed also dedicated areas for stretching. towels were readily accessible.

the hotel offers speedy luggage storage. the concierge service was available around the clock. early check-in was accommodated making arrival very convenient. i saw that the staff were consistently attentive.

The room included plush bathrobes and cozy slippers. the bathroom features a heated floor. I really loved this. bottled water was provided daily, a fantastic and refreshing touch. Coffee and tea supplies were replenished daily too.

Breakfast has limited options. i noticed that juice refills are restricted. there is a charge for cappuccino and mineral water. I was surprised. nearby restaurants are not very abundant!

the room felt smaller than expected! the traffic noise was noticeable on the 7th floor. two pieces of bath linen had frays, i noticed! the tv channel selection was limited.

the staff greeted everyone with such warmth and attentiveness. free water bottles and real milk for coffee were restocked daily in the mini fridge. the illy coffee maker and even a clothes steamer were also provided.
The thermostat was somewhat tricky. I wasn't quite sure how to achieve even cooling.
